Typifyr is an AI-powered note-taking application that helps you organize your thoughts through automatic categorization, voice transcription, and intelligent search features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use Typifyr. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose

Scrape or automatically extract data from our service

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the notes and content you create. By using Typifyr, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services (AI categorization, search, etc.).

6.2 Our Content

Typifyr and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI Services

Our AI features (categorization, transcription) are provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content.

8. Data and Backups

While we implement regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important notes. We recommend using our export feature (Pen Drop plan) for critical data.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings. Paid subscriptions will continue until the end of the billing period.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Typifyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Typifyr is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
