When you create a note, our AI analyzes the content and automatically detects topics, people mentioned, locations, priority levels, and any dates or deadlines. You can edit these categories if needed, but most of the time the AI gets it right.
No installation required! Typifyr is a web app that works in any modern browser. However, you can install it as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your phone or desktop for offline access and a native app experience.
Yes! Once you install Typifyr as a PWA, you can create and view notes offline. Your notes will sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.
Yes! Our free plan allows you to create 5 notes per day with full AI categorization, mind map view, and search functionality. It's free forever with no credit card required.
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the charges accordingly.
On the free plan, you can create up to 5 notes per day. Once you reach the limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade or wait until the next day. Your existing notes remain fully accessible.
Yes! Annual billing is available with a 20% discount. Contact us at support@typifyr.com for annual plans.
You can cancel anytime. Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period, then your account automatically moves to the free plan. All your notes are preserved.
Voice transcription is available on the Pen Drop plan. Simply tap the microphone icon, record your note (up to 60 seconds), and our AI will transcribe it instantly using OpenAI Whisper technology. The transcribed text is then automatically categorized like any other note.
The mind map view is an interactive visualization that shows connections between your notes. Our AI automatically identifies related notes and displays them as a network, helping you discover patterns and relationships in your thoughts.
Yes! The Starter and Pen Drop plans include note sharing. You can generate secure links to share individual notes with anyone, even if they don't have a Typifyr account.
Yes! The Pen Drop plan includes export and backup features. You can download all your notes in multiple formats (JSON, CSV, Markdown) at any time.
Yes! All your notes are encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Your notes are completely private. Only you can access them unless you explicitly share them using the sharing feature. We never share your data with third parties.
Your note content is processed by our AI to generate categories, but your data is never used to train AI models or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
